We share personal data with processors and partners only as needed: hosting and IT providers, offer networks and attribution providers (limited identifiers for crediting), payout providers, identity-verification providers, analytics and anti-fraud services, and professional advisers. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (for example, to providers in the United States), we rely on adequacy decisions where available or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where needed. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: account data for the life of the account; payout and verification records for the statutory retention periods applicable to financial records; fraud-prevention data for as long as proportionate to the risk. Data is then deleted or anonymized.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. Fraud-screening flags are reviewed by a person before adverse action is taken on an account.
