Please read these Terms carefully before using JIGGY. By accessing or using JIGGY — including adding the JIGGY pass to your wallet, completing offers, or requesting a cashout — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use JIGGY.
JIGGY ("JIGGY", "we", "us") operates a rewards platform where users can earn coins by completing offers such as playing games, taking surveys, testing apps, and engaging with partner content ("Offers"), and redeem those coins for rewards. These Terms govern your access to and use of the JIGGY website, the JIGGY wallet pass, and any related services (together, the "Service").
You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by the law of your place of residence) to use the Service. You may hold only one JIGGY account or pass per person and per household. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after posting means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Before crediting coins, processing your first cashout, or at any time during routine or targeted account reviews, we may require you to verify your identity and eligibility — for example, by confirming your phone number or providing valid government-issued identification or proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in denial of a redemption, forfeiture of coins, or closure of your account.
Accounts with no activity for twelve (12) months may be treated as inactive. Before closing an inactive account, we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice to the contact details associated with the account. Upon closure, unredeemed coins expire without compensation, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may also adopt coin-expiration policies from time to time.
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service, including from earning or redeeming rewards. We may require tax reporting information from you where our records indicate it may be required. Consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.

We may investigate suspected violations and request supporting documentation from you, which you agree to provide in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, withhold or void unredeemed coins, and cancel pending redemptions, at our discretion, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any rewards program in whole or in part at any time.
The Service and all of its content, design, and functionality are owned by JIGGY or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The JIGGY name and logo are our trademarks. Third-party names, logos, and app icons displayed in the Service (such as those of games and apps featured in Offers) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the relevant Offers; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Offers are operated by third parties, and your participation in them is subject to those parties' own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and you access them at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF EARNINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIGGY AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend and hold harmless JIGGY and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. The state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Any claim arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, unless a longer period is required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules we publish for specific promotions, are the entire agreement between you and JIGGY regarding the Service.
